Find the support that fits where you are.
What makes my approach different.
I bring a combination of credentials that few perinatal therapists can offer:
Doctoral-level training
I hold a doctorate degree in clinical psychology, not a master's degree. This means deeper clinical training and the ability to treat more complex presentations.
Motherhood Center fellowship
My postdoctoral training at the premier perinatal mental health center in the country gave me specialized expertise in the full range of maternal mood disorders.
Yoga and mindfulness integration
As a certified yoga teacher, I weave breathwork, gentle body-based practices, and mindfulness into clinical work — not as a replacement for evidence-based therapy, but as a complement to it.
PSYPACT provider
I see clients across 39+ states, so you don't lose your therapist if you move or travel.
