How I approach this work
I provide warm, nonjudgmental therapy that honors the full complexity of reproductive loss and fertility challenges. There is no timeline for grief, and there is no "right" way to feel about what you're going through.
I draw on my fellowship training at The Motherhood Center, where I worked at the intersection of reproductive health and psychological wellbeing. I use psychodynamic and mindfulness-based approaches to help you process grief at your own pace, without pressure to perform healing on anyone else's timeline.
